Behind Preveza Marina, at the town's passenger port, there is a large open car park to the right of the luna park. It is free, and there is usually plenty of space, even when the marina car park next to the seafront is full.
From here it is a short walk past the marina to the waterfront, about 10 minutes to the clock tower and the old market.
