List your home on Explore Preveza

Explore Preveza is an independent guide to Preveza and its coast, published in six languages for the visitors who plan their holidays here. We are opening a Where to stay section, where local hosts present their homes and guests contact them directly.

What you get

• A page for your home in English, Greek, German, Italian, French and Spanish, with your photos, a description, a map and the beaches and sights nearby.
• Direct contact. Your phone, email and website are on the page. Guests contact you and book with you, so there is no commission on bookings.
• We write and translate the text from the details you send us, and you approve it before it goes live.

What we need from you

• The registration number (ΑΜΑ) of the property in the AADE short-term rental register. Greek law requires it on every advert, so it appears on your page. Licensed rooms and hotels give their ΜΗΤΕ number instead.
• Photos that you took or have permission to use.
• The contact details you want to show, and where the home is. You decide how exact the map pin is.

How it works

• Clearly labelled. Every home is marked as a host listing and kept separate from our own recommendations. Beaches, sights and public information are never for sale.
• The booking is between you and your guest. We take no part in the booking or the payment. Direct bookings are declared to AADE and taxed like any other short-term rental; that stays with you.
• Per season. A page runs for the season you paid for and comes down if you don't renew it.
