Preveza Airport to Sivota (Thesprotia): Driving and Transfers
Sivota is about 93 km from Aktion airport, around 1 hour 30 minutes by car. There is no practical bus, so most visitors hire a car or book a transfer.

Sivota (Syvota) is a harbour village in Thesprotia, north of Parga. Do not confuse it with Sivota on Lefkada, a small bay near Vasiliki: check which one your booking is in.
By car
About 93 km, roughly 1 hour 30 minutes, through the Preveza tunnel (toll €3 as of January 2026) and north past Parga. Car hire desks are in Arrivals. A car is useful in Sivota itself: the best coves are spread along the coast.
By taxi or transfer
The taxi rank is opposite Arrivals. We did not find a reliable published fare for this trip, so agree a fixed price with the driver before you set off, or book a transfer in advance. That is the safer choice for late arrivals.
By bus
We found no direct or practical bus route from the airport to Sivota. Even to Parga it takes two buses.
On the way
The route passes close to Parga and the Acheron. If you are not in a hurry, stop for lunch in Parga.
