The Hellenic Fire Service station in Preveza town. To report a fire dial 199 (or 112).
About Preveza Fire Station
The Preveza Fire Service (Πυροσβεστική Υπηρεσία Πρέβεζας) is the fire station for the town and the surrounding area. It is in the town centre, on Spiliadou street.
To report a fire anywhere, call 199, or 112. Summers in Epirus are hot and dry, and wildfires are a real risk. When there is an emergency near you, Greece sends warnings and evacuation instructions through the 112 alert system as mobile messages.
Good to know
- Report a fire: 199 or 112.
- Never light fires or barbecues in the countryside in summer, and don't throw away cigarettes.
- If you receive a 112 alert message, follow its instructions straight away.
